We had two pretty severe leaks in our roof that were not disclosed by the seller of our home. We had been living here 3 months when we realized there was a leak. We called several roofing companies and no one called us back except Hoyer. They came out the very next day and did an estimate. We signed a contract with them one week later on a Monday and we had a new roof by Friday afternoon. Amazing, accommodating, understanding staff. Great quality. Great communication. They did a superb job. They didn't try to over sell to us. They were honest and on time. Today they came back to recheck the roof to make sure everything looks good before the big storm we are supposed to get tonight. What great customer service.
