Ryan gave us 2 options, put in an extra down spout and replace gutters with the same size or larger seamless gutters with larger downspouts. "We had a large deck that was 38 years old and needed to be replaced. I contacted Hoyer and Mike came to see what we wanted and to give us an estimate. After presenting our options and discussing our wants Mike got back to us in a timely manner. The price was very competitive ( we had 4 estimates) and they could start pretty much right away. From the start (removing the old boards and railings) to completion took only 3 days. Communication was unbelievable as there were a few things that needed to be discussed after the old deck was off.
